Operation Part IV Disabled Vehicle
Remember that you may potentially be able to beat the "operation" DWI element if the vehicle you are in is incapable of being operated. Accordingly, if your vehicle is "broke down," your lawyer may be able to use that fact in your favor. Still, as mentioned in prior posts, you should refrain from getting back in the car or demonstrating any other control over the vehicle. Also, you should respectfully refrain from answering questions until you are arrested and have had the opportunity to consult with me or another qualified DWI attorney.
