Operation Part II Sleeping in Your Car

Some officers now will issue a DWI to you if you are found simply sleeping in your car.  Ideally, you can fight this variety of DWI if you remember to keep the keys out of the ignition.  Your defense would be better still if you sleep in the back seat or passenger seat.  The further you can get from being behind the wheel the better.
